35 years of Bogensberger Vermessung
Der Maßstab heißt Zukunft.

In 2017, we celebrated the 35-year anniversary of our company Bogensberger Surveys. The company was founded in 1982 by Paul Bogensberger and initially employed predominantly family members.

Always on the move

Evi Bogensberger was in charge of the bookkeeping and the sons often accompanied their father to construction sites. Flexibility and mobility were already characteristics of Bogensberger Surveys—and by extension the entire family—in these early years. Symbols of this were Jeep, Range Rover, and Bulli & Co.

1982 Zillergründl

For two summers, the young Bogensberger family lived at the foot of the Zillergründl reservoir, which was a prelude to follow-up orders from all over Austria and the foundation for a 35-year success story.

Engineering survey

In the 80s, classic engineering survey was in demand. Company founder Paul Bogensberger quickly made a name for himself in the industry with large tunnel and civil engineering projects, through reliability and precise surveying.

Pioneer in the digital stone age

Bogensberger Surveys had already laid the foundation for digital data processing by the end of the 80s: with Olivetti computers, pen plotters and car phones, Bogensberger was technically up-to-date. Much has changed since then... but much has also remained the same.

Tradition meets innovation

In 2007, Boris Bogensberger took over management of the company. Technical developments are still of central importance at Bogensberger Surveys. This allows us to be at construction sites, steelworks or on the Cyprian coast with a tablet, 3D scanner, drones or total stations.

The scope of services has also expanded accordingly over the years. Bogensberger Surveys is currently active in six business sectors.

  • Engineering survey
  • Geomonitoring
  • Architectural and cultural heritage surveying
  • Aerial surveying
  • Industrial plant surveying
  • Cadastral surveying
