Planners and responsible parties must be able to fully rely on the planning contents of building surveys in construction work to existing buildings. This is also recognised by the ÖNORM standards, which for this reason only permit a maximum discrepancy of one centimetre regardless of the nature and purpose of the measurement. At any rate, for us this means two things: first, that you can rely on absolute accuracy in the millimetre range thanks to 3D laser scanning with tachymeter-supported measurement with Bogensgerger, and second that we guarantee expeditious, time-saving surveys with maximum efficiency.

The best result is always a matter of perspective.

A precise measurement is only the first step. In the second step, we create 3D models or traditional layouts, sections and views. All according to what you need for your project. If real BIM is required, we furnish the modelled elements with the corresponding attributes, such as the material or the actual layering. We also give you precise information about existing surfaces, volumes and damages. The key word here is "effective area determination". Effective floor area, especially in urban space, is ultimately becoming rare. Accurate knowledge of your dimensions is therefore becoming increasingly important. In short: you will not encounter any surprises, you will be able to calculate all expenses in advance and can safely forget any hypothetical legal disputes.
